which entitles you to make someone else's career and earn cash

2. Refer your friends, family or acquaintances who are looking
out for a job that matches our available openings
3. You have two options to refer your friends
● Mail us at refer@thefocusindia.com
and attach your friend's resume & mark a CC to your friend. We
will screen the resume and do the
rest.
OR
● Ask your friend to send
us his/her resume to refer@thefocusindia.com
● Make sure your name,
email id & contact number is mentioned in the email so that we
can inform you if you win the Reward.
4. If your friend gets hired through your referral, you will be
eligible to win the reward once he/she has joined the company
and has completed 30 days of service.
5. After the joining, we will send you an email notifying you of
your reward.
6. Your reward will be despatched within 15 working days of
receiving an acknowledgement from you.
